 This bloomed late evening, so I took

photos at various times of the day.

 I really like the fragrance of this one.

Dragon Heart

 I just love the name of this one.

I also love the bold colors and the petal form.

Slightly Sassy

 I’ve seen a lot of variations of this one,

but I like it, nonetheless.

Clarity’s Abraxas

This one bloomed for the first time this year, too.

It opened up last night and took pictures of it

early morning and late afternoon.

Oberon

 This bloomed this year despite acquiring it

as an unrooted cutting slightly over a year ago.

I was definitely in awe to come home to it!

Sakurahime

I was so eager to see this one bloom!

It is truly jaw-dropping!  

It opened up overnight, so I was pleased to

wake up to its phenomenal beauty!

 

Seedlings Update

First two pictures shows the before and after of potting up

of some seedlings.  The last picture is an update on seedlings

grown seeds.  I’ll wait until these young ones grow more before I 

start to separate, provided I find a proper spot for them to grow.

 

Frida Kahlo

 

The irregularity in the flower petals make this one

truly stand out.  The way it ruffles makes it a 

must-have in anyone’s collection. 

Color Wheel

 

This one is a cute pink one, and among the first ones

that bloomed that was still growing in a 4-in pot on the rack.  

Fantasy Dragon

 

Capturing the true colors was difficult for this one,

but it helped to look at it in different circumstances.

This is definitely a fantastic one!

Clarity’s Happy Hippie

 

This was bloomed shortly after coming home from the 

SDES Mother’s Day Show.  It would have been great if

it bloomed earlier so I could display it, but it made its

mark in my heart, nonetheless.

Choral Fantasy

 

This was a tricky one to fully captivate the colors.

I acquired this one a year ago as well, via a 4-in pot.

It was delightful to see it bloom this year. 

Spiced Takuan

 

This ushered in the golden era of this year’s blooms. 

While Sea Horses did flourish first, my Spiced Takuan

is the first official bloom of my collection reboot.

I acquired it last year in a 4-in pot and was taken aback 

by its bold golden appearance.
